Preface VII of Sundays in Ordinary Time: [Salvation through the obedience of Christ]

It is truly right and just, our duty and our salvation,
always and everywhere to give you thanks,
Lord, holy Father, almighty and eternal God.

For you so loved the world
that in your mercy you sent us the Redeemer,
to live like us in all things but sin,
so that you might love in us what you loved in your Son,
by whose obedience we have been restored to those gifts of yours
that, by sinning, we had lost in disobedience.

And so, Lord, with all the Angels and Saints
we, too, give you thanks, as in exultation we acclaim:

Holy, Holy, Holy Lord God of hosts…

Communion Antiphon:

Like the deer that yearns for running streams,
so my soul is yearning for you, my God; my soul is thirsting for God, the living God. Psalm 42:2-3 [Roman Missal]

— or —

I am the light of the world, says the Lord;
whoever follows me will not walk in darkness,
but will have the light of life. John 8:12 [Roman Missal]

Vovete, et reddite Domino Deo vestro, omnes qui in circuitu eius affertis munera: terribili, et ei qui aufert spiritum principum: terribili apud omnes reges terræ.Psalm 76:12-13 [Graduale Romanum, p.335]
Psalm 76:2,3,4,5-6a,9,10 can also be sung between repetitions of this antiphon.

Prayer after Communion:

Grant that your faithful, O Lord,
whom you nourish and endow with life
through the food of your Word and heavenly Sacra- ment,

may so benefit from your beloved Son's great gifts
that we may merit an eternal share in his life.

Who lives and reigns for ev-er and ev-er. A-men.

Solemn Blessing: [13. Ordinary Time V]

May almighty God always keep every adversity far from you
and in his kindness pour out upon you the gifts of his blessing.
Amen.

May God keep your hearts attentive to his words,
that they may be filled with everlasting gladness.
Amen.

And so, may you always understand what is good and right,
and be found ever hastening along
in the path of God's commands,
and coheirs with the citizens of heaven.
Amen.

And may the blessing of almighty God,
the Father, and the Son, + and the Holy Spirit,
come down on you and remain with you for ever.
Amen.
