For your convenience, we currently offer four ways to place an order. Regardless of the way you order, we will bill you when we ship your order. See below for a description of each, and information on sales tax and shipping costs.

Order Form

Please fill out all address fields completely. When specifying pieces to order, only the order number and quantity need to be filled in with most browsers - the rest will be filled in automatically. If automatic completion does not occur, please fill in all fields manually.

Although the default for 'Country' is 'USA', this value can be changed for international orders.

To order by e-mail

  1. Click on the e-mail icon below (or send mail to orders@canticanova.com).
  2. Enter "Order" as the subject of the e-mail.
  3. At the top of the e-mail, type your name and the postal address to which you would like your order sent.
  4. Type the catalog number, product description, and number of copies desired for each item you would like.
  5. Double check to make sure all the information you entered is correct.
  6. Send the e-mail.

Simply dial 1-304-535-1982 and leave your name, postal address, and catalog number, product description, and number of copies desired for each product you would like.

Payment

Payment is due in 30 days of receipt and must be made by check or money order.
Remittance must be in US funds, drawn on a US bank or an international branch thereof.
We do not accept credit cards at this time.

Sales Tax (WV residents only)

West Virginia residents, please include 6% Sales Tax.
WV law may allow a tax exemption for your Church's purchase (WV only). Please request the WV tax exemption form, if applicable.

Shipping Charges

  • $4.00 for orders up to $15.00
  • $10.45 for orders up to $105.00
  • 10% of total for orders over $105.00
