Liturgical Hints & Ideas
This Sunday points to the imminent birth of Christ. Avoid every urge to use Christmas music — it's still Advent [and with the abundance of hymns, and choral and organ music listed above, there's really no excuse]. Mary appears in the readings and Marian music certainly has a place today; today's Collect echoes the closing prayer of the Angelus.
